How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies from person to person, as each individual moves at their own pace.

How often will I need sessions?

It can be helpful for the first few sessions, to begin at once per week, or bi-weekly in order to build a relationship and gain traction. From there, we can work together to find a frequency that best suits your needs.

How will I know if my therapist is the right fit for me?

Within the first session or two, you should have an idea if you and your therapist are a good match. If you don't feel that it's a good match - that's okay. Let your therapist know and they will be happy to make recommendations to other therapists that may be more suitable.

What does the first session consist of?

Typically, the first session is more structured, and we go through your primary areas of concern, history, and expectations of the process. The first session is also a great opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the process.

How long are appointments?

Sessions typically last for 50 mins.

Do you offer A sliding scale?

Not at this time. We are however, contracted with various insurance agencies.
